You won't find a flight simulator more complete, more comprehensive, or more detailed than this sim here. With this DVD (which includes all the addons released up to now) you can blast Panzer tanks on the Eastern front, tear up 109's over the landing beaches in the Western front, or master carrier landings in the Pacific. And with the dynamic campaign generator and a great online community, the replayability value of this sim is unmatchable. Definitly a must buy.WWCephas

In its 5 year run IL2 has reset the bar for what a WWII combat sim should be. While not perfect it does the important things so well that no other title comes close to matching the quality, and quantity of what is available in this game. This game has kept me hooked for over 5 years now and with this new comprehensive all in one release you can have ALL the planes and ALL the theaters that have been released over the years in one low priced package.
ALSO, ONLINE PLAY IS FREE! and has the best network code of any flight sim I have yet tried. You can play in dogfight servers and test your skills against others or join CO-OP missions and experience thousands of different scenarios that users have made over the years.
There are many online squads looking for new recruits too (even new pilots to train), come and join us and be part of the IL2 family.
