Overview
In 1942 two Czech patriots parachuted into their homeland to carry out Operation Anthropoid, which called for the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich, The Butcher of Prague.

After the success of this covert mission, Allied Intelligence decided to begin Operation Foxley two years sooner than planned.

The goal of Operation Foxley called for the elimination of Adolph Hitler.

This second covert op proved much harder to complete, but upon its success in the middle of 1942, Germany, the war and your life are drastically changed forever.

Rebirth of Honor is a 3rd party campaign expansion for the award winning IL- Sturmovik `Forgotten Battles.

Worth it.
Il-2 is a game that isn't too friendly in the one player campaign sense. This disc is the best of the bunch in rectifying that. The one drawback is that its a little based in typical fantasy, Hitler being killed and the German war machine turning...well, away from "evil". But besides the fooling around with history, the campaign missions are almost like art. You never fly missions like this in the base game version. And it actually breathes some life in the boring campaign model Il-2 has. You personalize your aircraft, you wear your promotions and kills marks on your body and rudder. If you think the base game is missing something, this is probably it
