Sherlock Holmes is back on PC with his most ambitious title yet: 'The Awakened'. An investigation will lead the most famous detective of all time to the edge of the irrational as he thwarts the designs of a sect of the disciples of Cthulhu.

This new adventure of Sherlock Holmes rises to the challenge of being entirely in 3D, while the creators have retained the traditional adventure game 'point & click' mechanic, in which the game is played solely with the mouse.

The use of full 3D allows for an immersive experience, with changing game rhythm and additional enigmas and puzzles using physics and light.

Based on an exciting scenario, 'The Awakened' plunges the player into the heart of a mysterious and oppressive adventure.

Sherlock Holmes, assisted by the loyal Doctor Watson, investigates strange disappearances which seem related to the activity of a secret sect which worships the god Cthulhu.

Throughout your investigation you will meet more than sixty characters with whom you can interact freely. Hundreds of clues and objects will need to be scrutinised and utilised in order for the investigation to be solved.

Rewarding gameplay, a true symbiosis of two technologies specific to adventure games: WARP used in the first Myst or Amerzone which allows first-person movement in pre-calculated decors.

3D surroundings, which allows the character to be controlled and to become a spectator of the adventure, thus offering a large freedom of movement.

The Awakened follows, to the letter, the style and character of Sherlock Holmes.
