Overview
Supreme Commander marks the next-evolution in the RTS genre by being the first strategy game to deliver strategic and tactical gaming that actually impacts whether a battle is won or lost.

With a distinct emphasis on scope and ease-of-use, Supreme Commander is set in the 37th century, where you direct one of three warring factions of humanity as their Supreme Commander.

Planetary warfare on a GALACTIC scale!
Delivering one of the most advanced and innovative features of any RTS game, Supreme Commander establishes a breathtaking new standard for sheer scope and scale of gameplay.

Massive battles unfold across maps of unparalleled size and scope and thousands of units fight to the bitter end.

A Deadly Combination of Land, Sea and Air
Dominate your enemies by coordinating strategic ground, naval and air attacks.

Initiate a crippling air strike with your attack bombers and support them with a ground assault of heavy and light artillery that demolish the opposing faction's main base.

Exterminate your foes once and for all by sinking their aircraft carriers with a surprise submarine attack.

Scope
Concentrate on individual ground battles or zoom all the way out in a single, seamless motion that reveals the full theatre of war. Plan and unleash multiple strategic attacks from this strategic vantage point.

Scale
Witness tiny assault bots get crushed underfoot by towering mega units, or watch as smaller attack bombers try in desperation to bring down a gigantic experimental unit.

Great Game with a lot of PC requirements
Yes this is a great game with a lot of system requirements. I recommend having a dual core processor or a lot of memory with a Pentium 4 and that is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. There are 3 factions UEF,AEON and Cybran. This has a futuristic feal to the game with a bit of modern style warfare. The online gameplay is where this game realy shines and the other features that come with the game as well. The online community is huge 106,000 people playing to date. There have been 200,000 ranked games played. There is 1v1, 2v2, and clan rankings and updated and kept. You can also view anyones replays (which is great). The replay vault is like a giant library as you can view the top players and see how they play. The games are also recorded with stat logs on the web. You can see how the you fair on each of the maps you play as it keeps a record count against faction and map. GPG realy did well on this game. There is new map controls made where the common minimap hud is done away with. In this game you can move your mouse across the map and zoom in or out using your mouse. There are so many styles in gameplay included as well. I have played Company of Heroes, Warcraft III, World of Warcraft, Starcraft, and Dawn of War and I hope this review helps. Last and finally I was a World of Warcraft addict until this game. Great Game.

Average at best
This is an average game at best. There are three factions you can play, the scenario for each is short. The missions can be down right impossible to complete. This game, had it not been hyped as being such a big deal, would have passed like most other average games. With barely a whimper. Wait til this goes on sale cheap if you want to try it out. Bottom line.....Don't Bother.

Supreme Commander more like The Supreme RTS Ever
I Have been wateing for this game for about two years and when I got it, it was not a disappointment. It is the Best RTS ever made and you need to buy it if you like C C games or any RTS.Also get a second Monitor. You can have Duel Monitor setup in the game. you can not play with out the second monitor. and the game will make you want to upgrade you PC so get ready and Fight for you life.
